If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to WeddingGhar.com
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to weddingghar.com, accessible from https://weddingghar.com
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Refund Policy
We have a 7-day refund policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange or a refund. This policy applies only to defective products or incorrect items sent to you.
If you receive a product that is defective or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days to initiate the exchange or refund process. Once approved the refund would be credited to your bank account within 4 to 5 business days .
We do not accept any returns
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at contactsupport@weddingghar.com, If your request is accepted, we’ll send you the shipping details as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Products availed after exchange will be dispatched from our end only after receiving back the original product.
Exchange Products
You can exchange the purchased product only with the same product
Exchange cannot be done with any other product of lesser, more or equivalent value
In the case of damaged / defective products or wrong products received, the exchange shipping cost from us to you will be borne by us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Policy
We strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping time is 10 to 15 business days from the date of your order confirmation. For urgent orders, we will make every effort to expedite processing and shipping to deliver your items as early as possible.
Please note that during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, shipping times may vary. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Cancellation
Once the order is placed, it goes into processing. We do not have any refund policy available, once the order is placed- we cannot refund full, partial or any part of the order.
The complimentary packaging references shown are subject to availability. While we ensure that appropriate packaging is sent along with all orders, in case of urgent orders or exceptional circumstances- we will not be able to send it.
