Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns for any orders once they are placed.
  • Customised or made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds once the order has entered processing or production.

Exchange Policy

  • We only offer exchanges if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

       To request an exchange:

    • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

    • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product (no size/style/color changes unless applicable).

  • In case of a valid exchange request:
    • We will provide the return shipping instructions.
    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched.
    • Wedding Ghar reserves the right to approve or deny exchange requests after inspection.

Customised Products

  • Customised or made-to-order items cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged at any stage.

  • For customised orders, the courier will attempt delivery twice.

  • If delivery fails due to wrong address, no response, or customer unavailability, and the order returns to us (RTO):

    • We will reship it once at no extra cost.

    • If the order returns again, the customer must pay the shipping charges for the next delivery attempt.

Shipping Policy

  • Standard delivery time: 3–12 business days.
  • Delivery may take longer during peak seasons or due to unavoidable delays.
  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as we begin processing immediately after confirmation.
  • If you still wish to cancel, you must email us within a very short time frame after placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests are considered only if the order has not entered processing or production.
  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • No refunds or partial refunds are issued for cancelled, delayed, or modified orders.
  • Customised or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation.
